Psychedelic Education & Integration

Preparation matters. What happens afterward matters too.

Grounded education and coaching support for people seeking to approach a significant experience thoughtfully, reflect on what happened, and carry meaningful insight into daily life.

Learn enough to ask better questions.

Education can help you understand common language, intentions, risks, preparation considerations, integration practices, and the role of qualified clinical support. Coaching helps you reflect on how the experience relates to your own values, relationships, patterns, and choices.

This is not therapy, medical screening, facilitation, sourcing, or crisis care.

Before, after, and alongside an appropriate care team.

A conversation can lead in more than one direction.

Individuals may begin with coaching. Aligned clinics, businesses, practitioners, communities, and small groups may begin with a conversation about education, integration support, content, or a bespoke collaboration.

Education and integration, explained.

What this support can mean before and after an experience.

Do I need to use psychedelics to work with Seth?

No. Private coaching does not require psychedelic use. Within this pathway, you can begin with questions, education, or reflection. Curiosity does not commit you to an experience.

What is the difference between Microdose Coaching and education or integration?

Microdose Coaching is a three-month coaching relationship centered on the person, habits, reflection, and accountability around a practice. Education and integration focus on learning, preparation, making meaning, and bringing insights into daily life. A conversation helps us understand which support, if any, fits your situation.

Does Seth provide substances, prescribe a protocol, or guide a dosing session?

No. Seth does not supply or source substances, prescribe medical protocols, or facilitate psychedelic administration. The work offered here is coaching and education, with clear limits around medical care and local laws.

What does integration look like in practice?

It can mean reflecting on what an experience brought up, separating insight from assumptions, and deciding what deserves action. That might become a conversation, a boundary, a routine, a creative practice, or a question to explore with an appropriate professional.

What if I am unsure or decide this is not for me?

That is a valid place to begin and a valid conclusion. The first conversation is about understanding your questions and the support you need, not persuading you to use psychedelics. Broader private coaching may be relevant, or another kind of support may be more appropriate.

Begin with the questions that matter in your context.
