Curiosity deserves more than hype or guesswork.

Psychedelic experiences can raise meaningful questions about intention, health, habits, relationships, identity, and what comes next. The MindMill creates room to learn, reflect, prepare, and turn insight into daily practice.

This work is coaching and education. It does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, clinical screening, or crisis support.

Distinct pathways. One grounded approach.

A beautiful tool for making practice visible.

The Microdosing Journal is one of the clearest expressions of The MindMill approach: education, mindfulness, honest observation, and practical structure brought together in something you can use every day.

It can stand on its own or support the deeper work of coaching.

“I decided I was not ready to go down that path. Still, the energy I felt when working with Seth led me to hire him as my full-time coach.”

Room for honest questions.

Understand the support, the boundaries, and your options.

Do I need to use psychedelics to work with Seth?

No. Private coaching does not require psychedelic use. Within this pathway, you can begin with questions, education, or reflection. Curiosity does not commit you to an experience.

What is the difference between Microdose Coaching and education or integration?

Microdose Coaching is a three-month coaching relationship centered on the person, habits, reflection, and accountability around a practice. Education and integration focus on learning, preparation, making meaning, and bringing insights into daily life. A conversation helps us understand which support, if any, fits your situation.

Does Seth provide substances, prescribe a protocol, or guide a dosing session?

No. Seth does not supply or source substances, prescribe medical protocols, or facilitate psychedelic administration. The work offered here is coaching and education, with clear limits around medical care and local laws.

Can coaching tell me whether microdosing is safe or appropriate for me?

No. That requires attention to your health, medications, circumstances, and qualified professional advice. Coaching and the Journal do not replace medical screening, diagnosis, treatment, or monitoring.

What does integration look like in practice?

It can mean reflecting on what an experience brought up, separating insight from assumptions, and deciding what deserves action. That might become a conversation, a boundary, a routine, a creative practice, or a question to explore with an appropriate professional.

Can I start with the Journal instead of coaching?

Yes. The physical Journal is available on its own as a twelve-week educational and reflective tool. Coaching is a separate relationship for people who want more individualized perspective and accountability.

What if I am unsure or decide this is not for me?

That is a valid place to begin and a valid conclusion. The first conversation is about understanding your questions and the support you need, not persuading you to use psychedelics. Broader private coaching may be relevant, or another kind of support may be more appropriate.

Start with an honest conversation about what you need.
