An ongoing relationship for clubs, resorts, and golf programs that want meaningful performance programming beyond a standalone event.

A tailored calendar combines mindset clinics, coached nine-hole experiences, and opportunities for private coaching. I work with your team to fit the programming into your setting, then review participant feedback with you to refine what comes next.

Make preparation and practice part of the game.

Lessons give golfers something to work on. Preparation, attention, and follow-through help them put it into play.

Practice & follow-through

Turn a lesson into a habit.

When good intentions never become practice, progress stalls. We help golfers choose manageable routines and build the consistency to use what they learn.

Body & mind

Arrive ready for the first tee.

Rushing from the car to the tee leaves little room to prepare. Mobility, movement, breath, and attention form a warm-up adapted to the golfer’s abilities and comfort.

Focus & recovery

Stay with the next shot.

A great start can create pressure to protect a score. A difficult hole can linger. Pre-shot routines and emotional resets help golfers return to the shot in front of them.

Practical mental-performance tools draw on principles used in sports psychology: attention, routines, visualization, and recovery. We practice them in everyday playing conditions, then connect them to habits at work and at home.

Practical coaching. A personal connection.

I’m Seth Marcus, a performance and mindset coach working with golfers here on the Big Island. I help golfers prepare their body and mind, stay present under pressure, and build habits that carry beyond the course.

We start with your golfers’ needs and shape an experience that fits your setting.

The goal is a trusted relationship and useful tools your golfers can keep practicing.

Decide what comes next.

We review feedback together. Continue with what adds value, whether that is another session, private coaching, or a tailored program.

Before we work together.

How the work fits your golfers, your team, and your setting.

Does this need to be coordinated with a golf professional?

No. Seth works independently with individual golfers and small groups, and can also collaborate with your golf professionals or management team. A professional’s involvement is welcome, but is not a requirement.

How does this complement our teaching team?

Technical instruction and mindset coaching can support each other. Seth focuses on preparation, attention, commitment, recovery, and practice habits. The work does not replace swing instruction.

What happens in the complimentary demonstration?

This 30-minute introduction explores mobility, breath, attention, intention, and emotional reset. It is available to prospective partners, small groups, and individual golfers. A conversation afterward helps identify whether further support would be useful.

Who is this for?

Golf courses, resorts, teaching professionals, golf clubs, leagues, junior leagues, coaches, and golf-program leaders on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. Seth also works directly with individual golfers and small groups, including local and visiting players. We discuss experience, age range, goals, and group needs before selecting a format.

What space, equipment, and scheduling are needed?

Requirements depend on the experience. We agree on group size, location, timing, equipment, and any course access before scheduling. The Mindful Nine includes nine holes; a demonstration or clinic can use a format suited to your setting.

How do you account for physical limitations or injuries?

Tell Seth about relevant limitations before the session so preparation can be adapted to your abilities and comfort. Movement is not a test of how far you can push. Coaching is not injury treatment or rehabilitation; any restrictions from your healthcare professional remain the guide.

What is the investment?

The performance demonstration is complimentary. The Mindful Nine group formats begin at $250 per golfer, and full mindset clinics begin at $250 per session. Private coaching and ongoing partnerships are tailored by conversation. Course access and any additional fees are confirmed before booking.

Can we create a recurring program?

Yes. The MindMill Golf Performance Partnership is available now as a tailored arrangement. Together we agree on the mix of clinics, coached nine-hole experiences, and private-coaching opportunities, along with frequency, duration, investment, and how participant feedback will shape the program.

How do we get started?

Book an introductory call or email info@themindmill.com. We discuss your golfers and goals, then agree on an appropriate first experience. You can begin with the complimentary demonstration without committing to an ongoing program.
